First Meeting: Thursday, September 8th

Unfortunately the flyers do not appear to have been distributed at open house or any day after, and the club has only a minimally informative blurb in the announcement sheet that went home September 6th, giving parents just two days to arrange for the first meeting:

I'll edit this post if new information comes out, but as of now, the first meeting will continue as a planned informational meeting. Here I think Mrs. Kirk will announce the rules, schedule, and have parents officially sign their children up for the club, so that attendance will be officially taken and a sign-out procedure will be in place when kids leave.
